Heidi Neal, President of Site Select, is a long time industry veteran. Heidi's extensive experience in hotel management, sales, and customer service has helped fulfill hundreds of successful meetings and events around the globe.

For over 35 years Heidi has worked in the hospitality industry, establishing herself as a well-known professional in the meeting site selection business and an expert in negotiating for her clients and building solid relationships with hotel venues. Prior to founding Site Select, Heidi worked five years for a full incentive company and spent 22 years in sales management and marketing positions for hotel properties including Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and Meridien.

Heidi served on the board of Meeting Planners International, Los Angeles Chapter, for 10 years. She earned a BS degree in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
